Wildflower elopement at Tipsoo Lake, Mount Rainier

Summer in Washington is our favorite time of year! All high elevation trails are becoming snow-free, wildflowers burst out of the ground, and the cold and harsh weather in the mountains turns into soft summer nights. It is truly the best time of year to plan your elopement at Tipsoo Lake or any other stunning place in Mount Rainier National Park.

Meet Jaiden and Berry, our young adventure couple from the friendly state of Arkansas. They planned their wild elopement at Mount Rainier National Park during mid-summer.

They met each other online via a mutual friend  - while Jaiden was modeling in China and Berry was active duty military. Over Christmas break, they finally met in real life and instantly fell in love!

After a year of long distance dating - Jaiden decided to move back to the US to be with Berry. The couple decided to plan a wild adventure following Berry’s military tenure that included traveling across America to explore its epic scenery and visit as many National Parks as possible.

While they planned their trip of a lifetime, Jaiden & Berry both knew that they wanted to elope in one of America’s most beautiful National parks to make their trip extra special. They decided to elope in Washington because of its lush greenery and rugged peaks.

We planned J&B’s elopement during their travels through Washington, which was in mid-July. This was the perfect time to see wildflowers and enjoy Washington’s beautiful summer weather.

In our first chat with J&B, they let us know how much it meant to them to explore Washington and to have an epic mountain in the background of their photos. We helped them find the perfect locations for their wild adventure and created the perfect elopement timeline.

On the day of their elopement, we started their adventure in the forest of Mount Rainier and ended at Tipsoo Lake for sunset.

The ceremony took place at Tispoo Lake. It was romantic, beautiful, and the sunset made the soft dew on the flower petals sparkle. J&B wrote their own vows and expressed their love for one another just as the sun was setting -  that spectacular time of day known as golden hour. After reciting their vows, they shared a intimate dance as Mr. and Mrs.

We are truly blessed to have been able to plan and capture J&B’s beautiful elopement! We can’t wait to see what the future holds for them! Have a fun journey Jaiden and Berry, enjoy your journey across the USA!
